Consider renting a car to explore quieter northern beaches and local eateries, as parking is convenient at the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and offered guidance. The private parking was on-site, efficient service. The facilities were good too. Location: the hotel was very close to all the good restaurants near the harbour great, close to means transportation and the tram stop.

The staff are excellent people especially at the reception desk and especially the reception named Diego.

The location was ideal, with attractions

Like the main bus terminal and numerous cafes just a short walk away. The only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch for making tea. The hotel was clean and modern.

Super friendly staff. The cleaning crew was on point, and we had a lekker spacious room for our time. Plus, the free WiFi worked like a charm for our video calls, even after a long day of exploring!

Just watch out for the brekkie price, man. A bit steep for what's on offer!

Great hotel, absolutely nothing to complain about. We were there during Carnival, and there was a huge fanfare playing loud music in the square right in front of the hotel when we came back at like 2 in the morning, so I thought we wouldnt be able to sleep at all. But to my surprise, one couldnt hear a thing from the hotel! Best soundproof room ever!

The rooftop night club provided a fun atmosphere, but the noise was disturbing at night. The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring downtown.

Just a minor comment - the lobby internet is free, however you need to ask the reception for user name/password for 30 minute access each time. This might be communicated clearly in advance for the hotel facilities.

Antonio on reception was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We especially enjoyed having the rooftop jacuzzi to ourselves!!

Nothing. Perfect stay. The only thing we would add is a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as the room service stops at 10 pm and sometimes its nice to have a hot drink before bed.

Clean, well-equipped room with a Juliet balcony offering fresh air. Excellent fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Finding the hotel can get tricky if you're driving. Google Maps can lead you astray. The rooftop bar noise might disturb light sleepers, especially on the fifth floor, where sounds from the dancefloor linger until 3am.

Good price for value. New hotel, clean, tidy, good staff and confortable for visiting the city and island.

The breakfast buffet looked good but 12,50 euros were too expensive for us

Perfectly situated in the heart of Santa Cruz. The hotel is close to iconic sites and local restaurants. I loved the clean and spacious rooms, particularly the comfortable bed and well-functioning air conditioning. The staff, especially those at breakfast, were cheerful and helpful. The free Wi-Fi worked well for my needs. The breakfast pricing is high compared to options available nearby. It's also worth noting that the superior room didn't feel notably different from the standard, and the window didn't open much, limiting natural light. The rooftop bar was closed . I missed having that space to relax.
